BUZZAH! may utilize artificial intelligence ("AI"), machine learning technologies, and other automated systems to enhance, support, and improve the Services. Such technologies may be used to generate or assist in generating trivia questions, gameplay content, recommendations, rankings, moderation tools, personalization features, translations, customer support functions, analytics, fraud detection, safety measures, and other features designed to improve the overall user experience.

AI-generated content is provided primarily for entertainment, educational, operational, and informational purposes. While BUZZAH! endeavors to use commercially reasonable measures to improve the accuracy, relevance, and reliability of AI-assisted outputs, artificial intelligence technologies are inherently probabilistic and may occasionally generate inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, biased, or unintended results.

Accordingly, BUZZAH! does not represent or warrant that AI-generated content will always be accurate, complete, reliable, suitable, or error-free. Users remain solely responsible for independently evaluating any AI-generated content before relying upon it.

AI-generated content is not intended to constitute professional advice, including but not limited to legal, medical, financial, accounting, tax, investment, engineering, psychological, or other professional advice. Users should seek the advice of appropriately qualified professionals before making decisions based on AI-generated content.

Where AI-assisted moderation or automated systems are used to detect fraud, abuse, cheating, inappropriate content, or violations of the Terms and Conditions, BUZZAH! reserves the right to review, verify, modify, or override automated decisions where appropriate, consistent with applicable law.

BUZZAH! remains committed to using AI technologies responsibly, ethically, and in a manner consistent with applicable privacy, consumer protection, intellectual property, and data protection laws.

BUZZAH! may permit users to create, upload, submit, publish, transmit, or otherwise make available content through the Services, including, but not limited to, usernames, profile information, trivia questions and answers, comments, reactions, images, avatars, audio, videos, gameplay content, feedback, suggestions, and other user-generated materials (collectively, "User Content").

You retain ownership of your User Content and any intellectual property rights you hold therein. However, by submitting or making User Content available through the Services, you grant BUZZAH! a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, transferable, sublicensable, and revocable (to the extent permitted by applicable law) license to host, store, reproduce, adapt, modify, translate, distribute, publish, publicly display, publicly perform, transmit, and otherwise use such User Content solely to operate, maintain, improve, promote, secure, and provide the Services and to comply with applicable legal obligations.

You represent and warrant that:

1. You own or otherwise possess all necessary rights, licenses, permissions, and authority to submit the User Content;
2. Your User Content does not infringe or violate any intellectual property rights, privacy rights, publicity rights, contractual rights, or other legal rights of any third party;
3. Your User Content does not contain unlawful, defamatory, obscene, fraudulent, abusive, harmful, misleading, or otherwise prohibited material; and
4. Your submission of User Content complies with these Terms, this Privacy Policy, and all applicable laws and regulations.

BUZZAH! reserves the right, but not the obligation, to review, monitor, remove, restrict, or disable access to any User Content that, in its reasonable judgment, violates applicable law, these Terms, Community Guidelines, or the rights of any person.

BUZZAH! does not sell personal information for monetary consideration. We may disclose or share personal information only where reasonably necessary, lawful, and consistent with this Privacy Policy, including the following circumstances:

1. With affiliated entities and authorized service providers performing services on our behalf, including cloud hosting, infrastructure, customer support, payment processing, authentication, analytics, fraud prevention, cybersecurity, and technical operations;

BUZZAH! does not disclose personal information except as described in this Privacy Policy or as otherwise permitted or required by law.

Your nickname and total score may be visible to other players on leaderboards and rankings. Your email and real name are never shown to other players.

BUZZAH! may operate globally. Accordingly, personal information may be collected, processed, stored, transferred, or accessed in jurisdictions outside the country in which it was originally collected, including jurisdictions whose data protection laws may differ from those of your country of residence.

Where cross-border transfers occur, BUZZAH! shall implement reasonable and appropriate safeguards designed to ensure that personal information receives a level of protection substantially equivalent to that required under applicable privacy and data protection laws.

By using the Services, you acknowledge and understand that your personal information may be transferred internationally where such transfers are lawful and necessary for the operation of the Services.

BUZZAH! reserves the right, in its sole discretion and to the extent permitted by applicable law, to suspend, restrict, or terminate user accounts, remove content, or limit access to the Services where a user:

2. Engages in fraudulent, unlawful, abusive, or harmful conduct;
3. Compromises the security or integrity of the Services;
4. Infringes the rights of BUZZAH! or any third party; or

Termination of an account shall not affect any rights or obligations accrued prior to termination.
