BUZZAH! Community Guidelines

BUZZAH! (operated by MSCVentures Digital Marketing Services) is built to be a fun, friendly, family-first place to play trivia together — the living room, not the classroom. These Community Guidelines explain what we expect from everyone who plays, so BUZZAH! stays welcoming for players of all ages. They apply alongside our Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy.

By using BUZZAH!, you agree to follow these guidelines. Breaking them may result in content removal, restrictions, or suspension or termination of your access, as described in our Terms and Conditions.

• Play honestly. Don't cheat, exploit bugs, use bots or scripts, or do anything that gives you an unfair advantage.
• Don't disrupt games for other players.
• Respect the spirit of friendly competition — it's meant to be fun.

• Treat other players the way you'd want to be treated.
• No harassment, bullying, threats, hate speech, or discrimination of any kind.
• No content that is abusive, defamatory, or intended to demean or intimidate others.

BUZZAH! is designed for a wide range of ages, including families playing together. Please keep everything you share — nicknames, custom questions, comments, reactions, and any other content — appropriate for a family audience.

• No sexual, violent, graphic, or otherwise adult content.
• No profanity or offensive language in names or content visible to others.
• No content that promotes harm, illegal activity, or dangerous behavior.

• Don't share other people's private or personal information.
• Don't impersonate other people, brands, or BUZZAH! staff.
• Don't post content that infringes anyone's intellectual property, privacy, or other rights.
• Follow all applicable laws when using BUZZAH!.

• Don't upload viruses, malware, or malicious code.
• Don't attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts, systems, or data.
• Don't try to interfere with the security or normal operation of the Services.

When BUZZAH! lets you create or submit content — such as custom trivia questions, nicknames, avatars, or reactions — you're responsible for what you share. Make sure it follows these guidelines, is appropriate for a family audience, and doesn't violate anyone's rights. BUZZAH! may review, remove, or restrict user-generated content that breaks these rules.

BUZZAH! may use a combination of automated tools and human review to help keep the community safe, but we can't catch everything. We reserve the right — but are not obligated — to review reports, remove content, restrict features, or suspend or terminate accounts where reasonably necessary to keep BUZZAH! safe, fair, and welcoming.
